Since 1951 we’ve been creating customised club and association apparel.
Ties.ie is operated by Ace of Clubs, wholly owned by A. Horton Ltd which was established in 1951 by Albert Horton and Ollie Campbell Senior.
Albert Horton had, many years earlier, founded the then well known menswear retailer Horton’s of Wicklow St. which is now Louis Copeland’s Menswear.
We manufactured neckwear in Ireland until 1995. Since then all our manufacturing has been outsourced from a number of countries. Since the year 2000 we have been using the most up to date and quality conscious factories in China.
Our main customers are uniform companies, independent menswear and school wear retailers.
From the beginning in the 1950’s we have supplied the O. P. W. and various other government departments with neckwear and other accessories. It is now run by Martin Campbell who has been with the company for over 30 years.
We also supply many clubs and companies with custom design ties, knitted supporters scarves and ladies printed scarves. Everything we do is made to order.
